USHQIMET QË DËMTOJNË TRURIN



USHQIMET QË DËMTOJNË TRURIN

Ushqyerja është e para që duhet të rregullojmë për të qenë mirë. Kemi parë shumë herë, për shembull, se si një seri ushqimesh të veçanta mund të ndikojnë pozitivisht mbi organizmin tonë, duke na ndihmuar të luftojmë probleme të veçanta të shëndetit.
Por ashtu sikurse ushqimet janë ilaçi ynë, ato mund të jenë edhe burim telashesh. Nuk duhet të mendojmë se ushqyerja ka të bëjë vetëm me linjën apo aftësinë tonë për të tretur: shumë studime pohojnë se konsumimi i një sërë ushqimesh, kanë efekte negative në trurin tonë. Duke shkaktuar kështu çrregullime të funksioneve, të cilat mund të çojnë në komplikacione të rënda.
Ja një listë e ushqimeve që duhet të evitoni nëse doni që truri juaj, i cili ka aftësinë tonë për të arsyetuar, të vazhdojë të funksionojë siç duhet:
Alkooli
Që alkooli ka efekte negative mbi trurin, në terma afatgjatë dhe afatshkurtër, tashmë dihet. Megjithatë disa studime kanë treguar se konsumimi i alkolit në sasi të madhe shkakton hollim të zonës kortikale në lobin frontal, pjesë e trurit e cila është përgjegjëse për vëmendjen, aftësinë për të marr vendime dhe kontrollimin e emocioneve. Sipas një studimi të kryer në Shtetet e Bashkuara, alkoli është toksik për neuronet. Pas konsumimit ai menjëherë sjell një ndjesi konfuzioni mendor dhe paaftësi për të menduar qartë. Në periudha të shkurtra efektet janë të kthyeshme, por në periudha të gjata bëhen të përhershme. Rreziku do të rritej nëse konsumi i alkolit tek të rinjtë përqëndrohet në fazën pas adoleshencës.
Fast Food
Edhe këto ushqime janë të dëmshme për trurin tonë. Një studim i kryer nga universiteti i Montrealit, pohon sesi fast food-et mund të modifikojnë substancat kimike të trurit duke iniciuar fllimin e depresionit dhe ankthit. Të gjitha këto ushqime, të pasura me yndyrna, veprojnë negativisht në trupin tonë, por krijojnë gjithashtu një lloj krize kur ndalon së konsumuari. Pasi keni ngrënë një hamburger, për shembull, mund të manifestohen ankthi dhe depresioni. Këto ushqime gjithashtu do të influenconin prodhimin e dopaminës, një substancë kimike shumë e rëndësishme për funksionet konjitive si vëmendja dhe memoria.
Ushqimet e skuqura
Sipas një studimi të kryer nga Universiteti i Oksfordit, të skuqurat dhe yndyrnat, përmbajnë substanca që influencojnë trurin, duke i dërguar mesazhe të ngopjes hipotalamit dhe, në të njëjtën kohë, ul përqëndrimin dhe qartësinë mendore. Jo vetëm ushqimet e përgatitura dhe të skuqura mund të përmbajnë aditivë, aromat artificiale dhe konservantët mund të influencojnë sjelljen, sidomos të fëmijëve, duke provokuar hiperaktivitet dhe duke shkatërruar qelizat nervore ne tru.
Sheqernat dhe yndyrnat e saturuara
Ekzistojnë disa ushqime që pengojnë efiçencën mendore, duke provokuar efekte të dëmshme mbi memorien dhe të mësuarit. Këto produkte janë sheqerna dhe yndyrna të saturuara që gjenden në ushqime si gjalpi, dhjami i përpunuar, vaj palme etj. Në përgjithësi, të gjitha ëmbëlsirat e paketuara dhe të përpunuara artificialisht janë të dëmshme për trurin. Një teprim në konsumimin e tyre mund të influencojë aftësinë për të mësuar dhe për të mbajtur mend.
Ti kushtojmë vëmendje asaj që hamë është thelbësore, jo vetëm për linjën tonë po mbi të gjitha për shëndetin tonë, e mesa duket, edhe për aftësinë tonë të të arsyetuarit.
